Unfortunately, he left the forums for some reason and never returned - leading to a group of the mod's fans taking up the mantle and continuing development. The mod's history is long and complicated - it was originally made by Shaytana, a mysterious figure who continues to have a large amount of influence over the mod today.
People over on AH.com (and many on Paradox forums) don't seem to understand why the mod is unrealistic - it is more of a grab-bag of cool (in the team's opinion) cultures and religions rather than a real AH scenario.
